Your main task as Department Manager Operations is to be present in the daily work with a focus on well-functioning processes and high warehouse standards while developing, following up, and coaching your employees. You are part of the local management team of the department store, and in addition to personnel responsibility for your team, you, together with the other management team members, are responsible for the overall business and the department store's results.
Your role as Department Manager Operations
For you, employees and customers are the most important. At the same time, you create good results by optimizing and following up on daily operations to ensure customer friendliness and efficiency. You have overall responsibility for your areas of responsibility, employees, customers, and results. As Department Manager Operations, you lead by developing and coaching your employees to constantly offer a fantastic customer experience in all areas included in the role; you will be ultimately responsible for our warehouse in the department store, incoming and outgoing deliveries, repairs and returns, as well as environmental management in the department store. You are also responsible for recruiting, introducing, and further developing your team and ensuring daily operations by leading and planning the business. You will be part of and work closely with your employees and be an important role model in the department store.

The role of Department Manager Operations requires at least 3 years of experience in service and understanding of operations and management in a retail chain. You have experience in sales with good results, are used to taking professional responsibility, and are operationally close as a person.
